ὀξύμωρον : about me

An Italian girl, born in Brazil and living in London from 2008.

I am a mix of different cultures, languages, experiences and backgrounds.

Music is my biggest passion and you can usually find me at concerts, gigs, events s and dancing in the middle of the dancefloor.

I am not an expert but I do love everything from techno to Chopin, from drum’n bass to pop. I particularly love the UK scene but I am open to every new trend and inspiration. I should say that I have a deep passion for electronic music!

I graduated in Languages and Literature (Spanish, English and Anglo-American Literature) in 2008  with a thesis on John Fante and his connection to the concept of “multiculturalism”.
I studied in Verona, Italy for my BA and in Siena for my MA (both in Italy) and in 2006-2007 I was lucky enough to spend one entire year for the Erasmus Programme at the University of Leeds, UK. Probably one of the best year of my life (so far)!

I moved to London in 2008, 10 days after my graduation in search of a new life. At the moment I am working in the Luxury Hospitality sector.

I am a creative, curious, enthusiastic person and I enjoy discovering new corners of London, going to restaurants, cocktail bars and new venues.

I am a crazy and at the same time a geeky, nerdy person, so I should say I am definitely an oxymoron, as oxymoron is the best word to describe me!
